Tribute program to members: celebrating their time at Horiens and dedication to their work

Every year Horiens honors its team members who complete 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 years of work in the company. The initiative aims to recognize and celebrate the contribution of the members for their time of work and dedication to the Group, valuing the relationship of partnership, trust, and commitment cultivated over the years.

In 2022, seven people received the honor during the company’s annual meeting, which brought the whole team together on 12/13, in São Paulo, to close the period.

The members completed 10 years of home time: Catia Moema Figueiredo, Fabio da Silva Machado, José Bernardo de Medeiros, Nayara Andrade, Orlando Rios and Ricardo Celestino. Member Arlecio Rodrigues was honored for his 30 years of work and contributions to Horiens.

Emotion and gratitude
In his tribute for his 30 years at the company, Arlecio pointed out that, through his work, he has had opportunities to develop and progress professionally, and also to live enriching personal experiences.

The tribute recalled his trajectory, partly lived in Venezuela and Angola, and his way of being light and relaxed, in the voice of great friends he made in the company.

“This was the only company I have ever worked for in my life. I am very grateful for the opportunity and recognition of my work. Trust in people, one of the pillars of our culture here at Horiens, has made and continues to make a big difference for me,” he commented.

Member Laudelino Soares, who conducted the ceremony, summed up the team’s feeling of connection during the tributes. “At work we learn things about life, meet people and connect with them, creating a real community with shared values,” he stressed.

Human-centric culture

The Annual Tribute Program is an initiative that especially values people and the relationship between life and career.

“This is an initiative that reinforces how our culture is centered on the human being and on the potential of each person who is part of the team,” says Fernanda Antonelli, director of People, Communication and Marketing at Horiens.

“It is always an inspiration to look at the trajectory of those who are completing home time milestones. It is a very significant moment for the honorees, who reflect on their life and career, as well as for their colleagues and the company,” he adds.
