Horiens has just opened its new headquarters in São Paulo. The office is more functional to reflect the hybrid work model adopted by the company.
“Being in the office is important to ensure the formation of links between people, it is a time of necessary and healthy interaction for creativity”, highlights Fernanda Antonelli, director of People, Communication and Marketing at Horiens. “In the same way, remote work brings advantages such as flexibility to people’s routine.
We validate in practice that this model is viable and compatible with the challenges we are facing today”, she adds.
The new address reflects Horiens’ identity and essence in concept and layout, offering a positive and interactive experience for in-person working days.
Despite the opening of the new office, the use of space should only be punctual, as a supporting point.“ The current scenario requires maximum care and attention to people’s health and safety. We hope that soon, the new Horiens space will provide us with more than resources, but also connection, integration, many ideas and solutions in partnership by our teams”, highlights Marcelo Neves, CEO of Horiens.
